This time we we’re capturing the newest chilli oil dropping into the Sichuan inspired kitchen and, oh boy, it’s a spicy one. Double Heat was a joy to shoot. With double heat we needed to emphasis it through the colours and the light.Â

We finished with a spicy spicy shot, bringing Sichuan style hot pot to the screen with all the colours and textures you would expect.
