London's new Empress of Pizza
When I shot this series for the opening of Dough Hands Pizza, at their residency stint for Three Colts Tavern by Exale Brewery, I knew there was something different going on. Fast forward a few short months and they’re all over list’s for London’s best pizza in places such as Timeout and Bite Twice Food Blog.
Now, London’s new Empress of Pizza, Hannah Dyre, is taking some time to figure out the next steps for Dough Hands with a permanent site to open up in 2024.
It was an absolute joy to shoot and an even better experience to eat.
