As we transition from the sun-soaked days of summer to the cosy embrace of winter, I couldn’t help but ponder the age-old debate:
Are winter cocktails better than their summertime counterparts?
While both seasons offer their unique charms and libations, I find myself increasingly leaning toward the allure of the warm rich flavours of the dark spirits and herby garnishes.
I love the alluring shift from clean, summer spritzes to the warm embrace of a winter tipple.
Farewell to Aperol, hello autumnal Americano. Goodbye to Gin and welcome the winter Whisky.
